Has been a while did not write the blog. Today is the start of new blog, to try to jot down the incidences and things that I learned throughout the life season. Reach office early morning 8.30am. Trying to go to work early. Shared with Charmine and Ng on the plans for the Department- Unit Dose and CDR; added service for Pharmacy department. Still feel rather inferior during sharing. How to get the ideas across, to stir up the motivation and challenge the staff? Am still trying. Working life full of challenges.
MSQH drawing nearer, another 40days countdown. Most of the Policies and Procedure has been reviewed. Just need to have a session with the staff to get them familiarize with the common questions the surveyors will possibly ask. A lot things to do, seem that work just can't finish. Supposingly today want to take leave, but don't think so. Can't afford to.
Don't really know what to write in the Blog. Has lost the zeal and passion for writing and expressing. It seems so limited vocabulary, don't know how to express things. In one of The Apprentice session, Mr Trump mentioned on the importance of getting across the ideas. A leader need t know how to get the ideas across, to know how to express and get the ideas going. I'm lacking on that, trying to motivate, encourage and let the staff graps the passion and accountibility in workplace. Discouraged at times.
Well, can't turn back, need to move on trusting God to lead and help me in the leadership He placed in my worktask.
